The Quotation Form works by collecting information from yourself to find you the best vehicle and contract type to suit you, or your business needs.

Once we have received this information, we will then find you either a short-term lease provider or the vehicles that suits your needs.
All of our car subscription vehicles and flexible vans are based in Leeds, all in easy reach of a train station or National Express bus route.
We can also delivery (and collect) your car subscription vehicle for a small charge in the surrounding area.
All of our flexible car subscriptions are northern based vehicles located at our fleet centre in Leeds, in easy reach of Leeds Train Station and close to the motorway network.
You’re more than welcome to collect your new vehicle from our Fleet Centre, at the point of organising your contracts, etc we will provide you with an appointment with a date/time, its really important to make sure you arrive on-time and have your ID/Driving Licence with you.
We can also deliver to the local area for a small charge, areas covered is listed below. We do offer nationwide delivery.
There are quite a few differences between a car subscription and a short term car lease, please see below:
These are flexible month-to-month car leases that can be taken for as little as 30 days, but if you want the best prices it’s better to commit to at least 90 days. They come with everything essential included:
– Vehicle Warranty
– Breakdown Assistance
– Road Fund Licence
All you need to do is provide fully comprehensive insurance and fuel.
The agreement can be run month-to-month and gets extended automatically until you give us notice to terminate. You only pay for the time in the vehicle, so if you’ve just made a payment and send it back mid-term, we will credit the difference at the end of the contract.
Car Subscriptions are ideal for those who want flexibility, this could be for a number of reasons from lifestyle changes, to short-term projects, probation period staff or maybe you get bored of your car quickly.
You can also keep the same vehicle for at least 12 months without those awkward swap overs and most of the car subscription cars we advertise are in physical stock, waiting to be collected or delivered.
Short Term Car Leases
These are fixed contracts for a set period of time, the contract length is dictated by the manufacturer.
These are fixed terms and cannot be reduced or extended without penalities, therefore a 6-month contract is for 6 months, no longer and no shorter.
Fixed contracts come with many benefits, these include lower monthly prices than our car subscription service and you still get the following in your monthly payment:
– Vehicle Warranty
– 24hr Breakdown Assistant
– Road Fund Licence
Maintenance on these vehicles is optional but not always required, this depends on your mileage, the vehicle and the length of the contract.
Short-Term Car Leases are great for those who know how long they need a car for, they don’t need the flexibility of a car subscription and they don’t mind waiting 1-3 weeks for delivery. We also deliver these fixed contracts FOC anywhere in England and Wales.
Yes, we offer vehicles on both our car subscription service and our short-term car leases to both businesses or personal customers. If you are a business we will require ID of the signing Directors for AML and FCA compliance.
We also supply VAT invoices so that you can claim back a proportion of the tax back.
If you have a business, putting the vehicle through your business is a good way of claiming back a proportion of your VAT, however, this may make the company and the end user liable for company car tax.
It is always best to get guidance from your accountant before committing to a short-term car lease or car subscription. We do offer personal options also.

We can also delivery vehicles anywhere in England, Wales and Scotland at a cost. If you take a short-term car lease on a fixed contract, no delivery is payable and you will only be charged if you wish to have the vehicle collected.
You can return the vehicle back to the specified de-fleet centre, which may not be Leeds.
You may have to put down a refundable deposit, this will all depend on your credit status and the number of vehicles taken. Our underwriting is carried out by an external company with years of experience. They advise the terms at the point of decision, these do not have to be accepted by yourself. They can also be reviewed when new accounts are filed or if you have a change in credit score.
Yes, credit checks are carried out on all applications whether it is a business or a personal account required.
This is to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and the FCA where applicable.
Depending on which short-term program you are looking for, will depend on how quickly you can get a vehicle.
Our car subscription vehicles are usually in-stock and with a credit limit in place, vehicles can be taken within 2-3 working days, so long as we’ve got all of the agreements and funds in place.
On our short-term car leases, these tend to take between 1-3 weeks depending on which vehicle you are looking at. This is because the majority of these vehicles are brand new and with a dealer.
Yes, we offer credit facilities to new start businesses and even those with an overseas parent company.
Terms may differ from those advertised and we may require a refundable deposit, personal guarantee, higher initial rental, higher documentation fee or a combination of the items. The rental advertised will not differ.
Yes, you can take your vehicle abroad, if this has been accepted by our underwriting team and the suppliers of the vehicle. Please do not assume that this is accepted automatically.
If accepted, you will also be required to carry a VE103B form, there is a small charge to issue one of these.
No, we do not offer “no credit check car leasing.” All of our applications must go through a credit check which may be recorded via one of the credit reference agencies. However, if you do have bad credit, we will look at putting you through affordability and stability checks, this will require you to send over proof of employment and bank statements.
No, you are not allowed to sub-let any of our vehicles. If we do find out the vehicle has been sub-let, the terms and conditions of the agreement has been breached and will result in the termination of the contract. Further costs including balance of the contract, where applicable, will also apply.

Effectively, you can swap your car subscription every 30 days, but to get the best rates you have to commit to a minimum term of 90 days. It is important to remeber that delivery/collection charges are not included as part of your changeover on a car subscription.
If you have damaged your Alloy Wheel, this isn’t covered by the maintenance agreement or our fair, wear and tear policy. We would highly recommend that you send this back for us to repair at a reasonable cost, as those wheels that are not refurbished to the correct standard, may be charged again.
