Subleasing Policy

Subleasing, or re-letting, a vehicle to a third party.

Vehicles supplied under a Drive Car Flex subscription, lease or short-term hire agreement are provided for the use of the named account holder (and any named additional drivers) only. Subleasing, re-letting, or otherwise passing use of the vehicle to a third party for commercial gain is not permitted without our funder's prior written consent. If you have a specific requirement that might involve sharing use of a vehicle, please speak to our team before proceeding.
